    "As the business’ Digital Learning and Content Creator I largely spend my time creating technical illustrations, motion graphics, videos, and instructional presentations to transform subject matter into interactive learning content. This helps support the wider training team in delivering engaging educational courses for both our customers and our own people, enabling them to achieve this through multimedia content. I really enjoy working with my team, they’ve been very supportive and embraced my ideas from day one."

    "I joined Terberg Matec UK back in 2001 as a Field Service Engineer and have worked in the wider waste industry for nearly 40 years. My position as a Technical Trainer allows me to use the knowledge and experience I’ve gained to provide support and technical assistance for both internal and customer personnel. An achievement I’m particularly proud of, shared with a small internal auditing team at Warrington, was a successful external three-year ISO audit, which we passed without a single non-conformance."

    "Since December 2025, I have been delivering classroom-based technical training across the refuse sector. I travel all over the UK to deliver operator instruction or familiarisation training to RCV drivers and loaders, as well as completing bin lift training at customer sites to ensure safe operation. Importantly, I am involved with developing, updating, and creating new courses to meet the industry's changing needs. I love the people and the can-do attitude at Dennis Eagle. New to this industry, I am really grateful to everyone for their help and proud of myself for adapting so quickly."

As a team, we’ve grown so much in such a short space of time and the assistance we’ve received has helped me develop considerably."
