Now proudly displaying the company’s compelling new vision statement at the very top of its homepage, “Innovative refuse collection vehicles for safer, cleaner communities”, the Dennis Eagle UK website has received a transformation befitting of its evolving narrative and unwavering mission.
An established expert with a heritage spanning more than a century, Dennis Eagle’s website is a very public-facing representation of the company, so it was essential to get the timing, messaging, and branding right. “We really wanted to refine the website so that it accurately reflected the future direction of the business and our values,” said Lee Rowland, Sales and Marketing Manager, Dennis Eagle. “The process began at the end of last year with an analysis of what was working and what could be improved, leading to a reshuffle of the site map and a smarter, more stylised layout throughout.”
As customer requirements and legislation continues to change over time, it was inevitable the website would need to keep pace with any new developments. As a result, a brand-new section on electrification has now been introduced to explore the significant role electric vehicles (EVs) will play in the future of refuse collection, offering key insights into the advantages of electric refuse collection vehicles (eRCVs) and valuable maintenance advice.
Importantly, even greater emphasis has been placed on safety, with a new section detailing the business’ steadfast commitment to safety as well as the extensive safety features available across the Dennis Eagle product range, from low seating in our cabs to a reverse autobraking radar. This complements the website’s Safety Solutions page which provides additional information about each of our own-brand safety systems, reinforcing Dennis Eagle’s dedication to improving road safety for drivers, crews, and the community.

The careers section of the site has also expanded significantly, with pages devoted to different departments throughout the business. These offer a quick glimpse into the many exciting roles available across its multiple locations, as well as insightful quotes from its existing team members. In addition to this, several apprenticeship opportunities and their associated benefits have been highlighted, including in-depth descriptions of the positions, videos about the application process, and useful FAQs.
“Consistency was key,” said Niall Salmon, Digital Marketing Executive at Dennis Eagle, who drove the website revisions. “It was important to ensure the site looked and felt the same throughout, while introducing key messaging aligned to our new vision statement. We also wanted to make certain it remained easy for customers, partners, and prospective new recruits to navigate, so they’re able to find the answers they need quickly.”
The new website represents a bold and exciting step for the future of Dennis Eagle, emphasising the sheer breadth of the business’ product range, the reliability and efficiency of its aftermarket services, and the industry-leading training courses on offer to drivers and crews all over the UK.
