Parts Assistant Manager, Warwick

Role: Parts Assistant Manager

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 14:30 Friday


We're seeking an Assistant Parts Manager who will drive conquest business growth and manage department operations, optimising efficiency and profitability. They will also analyse parts data to inform inventory, pricing, supplier, and customer satisfaction strategies.


In this role you will:

  • Engage targeted customers identified through data analysis
  • Offer competitive price proposals to customers
  • Handle local authority Parts tenders
  • Analyse Parts movement to optimise pricing and increase sales
  • Monitor the impact of price changes
  • Collect relevant parts data from sales records, supplier market info, and customer feedback
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Translate data analysis into actionable recommendations for inventory, pricing, marketing, and product development
  • Present findings to senior management using visualisations and reports


Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Experienced Power BI user
  • Proven experience working in a sales/target driven environment
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, although other Science based degrees will be considered
