Olympus Body

These superb RCV bodies are made from high tensile steel. The one piece rolled sides are braced by front and rear hoops. Keeled floors and sumps prevent leechate seepage.

The Olympus RCV range comes in Wide and Narrow formats, four different configurations and a range of sizes to suit different collection strategies. Whether refuse, dry recycling or food waste, our range of RCV bodies allow collection of up to three separate waste streams.

They are designed to work with both our Beta and Terberg bin lifts but are easily fitted with other manufacturers’ lifts too.

Olympus

 

The single compartment Olympus RCV body is both highly efficient and versatile. It is widely used to collect large volumes of domestic, recycling or garden waste and as it is easy to clean, it often rotates between two or three waste streams.

 

The smooth-sided, one-piece construction has a keeled body floor and liquid sump allowing easy drainage to minimise corrosion and maximise payload.

The Olympus RCV body can also be used with a wide range of bin lifts, making it ideal for both domestic and trade waste collections.

Olympus Twin Pack

With two separate bodies, tailgates and operational systems, the Olympus Twin Pack RCV enables users to collect two different waste streams at the same time. Collecting residual waste and recyclables in one trip reduces the number of rounds.

Each body is a smooth sided one-piece construction and they are totally separate to safeguard against cross-contamination. They are available as either a 65:35 or 50:50 split to meet different operational requirements.

Olympus Duo

Designed to collect two separate waste streams on one round, the Olympus Duo RCV has a main compacting body plus an additional pod which can be either a top or side discharger.

The top discharger is popular for food waste and the side discharger for glass recycling.

The separate Olympus Duo chambers help prevent cross-contamination of refuse and recyclable materials.

The compaction system of the main body, coupled with the exceptional payload, makes it ideal for high volume collections of household waste or other recyclables.

Olympus Mini

The Olympus Mini RCV is a tough but efficient rear-loader with an excellent compaction system.

Its compact size make it perfect for collections in places with restricted access, such as narrow streets, city centres and rural lanes. Here, manoeuvrability is vital. It is widely used for domestic and organic waste as well as recycling materials.

The high-quality build, reliability and easy maintenance have made it popular for the most demanding waste collection operations.

It is designed to be easily mounted on a wide range of other manufacturers’ chassis.

Olympus One Pass

The vehicle has two separate compacting bodies and tailgates with independent operating systems, as well as an additional pod. Consequently, the Olympus One Pass RCV can collect three different waste systems in one round.

The pod can be a top-discharger – popular for food waste – or a side-discharger for glass recycling.

The total separation of the three chambers helps prevent cross-contamination of the different waste streams.

The One Pass’s exceptional payload, coupled with the compaction mechanisms in the twin body chambers, mean household waste or recyclable materials can be collected in high volumes.
