The Dennis Eagle genuine parts service is designed to make the process as simple and efficient as possible, from placing an order to receiving prompt delivery.
Every part used in our vehicles is well stocked at our central stores. Many are also stocked at our network of Service Centres and at our workshops. And our Field Service Engineers also carry parts in their vans.
We only use genuine parts and all are covered by our warranties.
All parts are easily identified through our online Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) which is designed to be easy to use and to make first time selection straight forward. We show customers how to use it and are happy to provide refresher sessions if ever needed.
Every Dennis Eagle vehicle owned by each customer is listed with its full spec recorded on the EPC. And every part in each RCV is easy for customers to identify with the help of clear diagrams. The system then takes them seamlessly on to make a simple order.
Anyone without immediate access to the EPC can also order by phone through their local Service Centre or directly through our Central Stores. Our staff in both are well trained, familiar with the stock and are there to help.
Deliveries are fast and efficient with good communication throughout so customers are never left in doubt. Collection is also possible.
