Role: Body Team Leader

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Body Team Leader to join our team and take charge of guiding, mentoring, and developing our Body Group team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the timely production of validated engineering design solutions, detailed drawings, and associated Bills of Materials (BOMs) in alignment with the business's ongoing requirements.

In this role some of your responsibilities will include supporting the personal and professional development of the team through mentoring, coaching, and facilitating accessible training opportunities, represent the Body Engineering Group in key business meetings, promote collaborative communication,  

Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Demonstrable experience leading a team of engineers
  • Experience in relevant industries (to include Off – highway specialist vehicle, commercial vehicle, truck, yellow goods, etc.)
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or the ability to demonstrate the same level of competence
  • Well-developed problem-solving techniques
  • Knowledge of design concepts and associated production processes
