  • Manage and maintain over 5,800 assets, prioritising quick resolutions to minimise downtime
  • Lead facility upgrades, enhance efficiency, heating, welfare facilities, and electrical systems
  • Drive waste reduction, recycling, and energy-saving initiatives to support environmental goals

Working for a leader in refuse collection vehicle design is really exciting and rewarding! Each day brings new challenges, from troubleshooting equipment to optimising layouts and implementing energy-efficient solutions. I love using my problem-solving skills, collaborating with my teams and contributing to impactful projects - enhancing efficiency while propelling my career in facilities management!"

    "One thing in my role that I really enjoy is that no two days are the same; one day I could be fault-finding on an electrical panel, the next I could be repairing welding torches. The skills that we use on a day to day basis are vast and varied. I would say that my favourite part of the role is working within our close-knit team and learning new skills from my colleagues, while also ensuring the production in the factory is running smoothly and efficiently."

    "I can’t believe I’ve been in this role for so long - I must be enjoying myself! As a qualified maintenance engineer, I’ve always enjoyed varied work and every day at Dennis Eagle is different. I love the challenges, working with a small, friendly team and meeting people across the factory. Moving around Warwick has helped me connect with colleagues - though I admit, remembering all their names takes a bit longer these days!"
