    "What I enjoy most about my role is the variety - it covers all aspects across a range of vehicles, from fabrication and diagnostics to electrical work and testing. We also design and build test equipment and work in environments such as climate chambers and test tracks. I'm learning new skills, which is essential for motivation! The best part of working at Dennis Eagle is the people - both my like-minded team and the many colleagues and external partners I collaborate with."

    "My job as a Design Engineer in the body team mostly revolves around machinery design and compliance for the body and bin lifts. I enjoy the challenges that come with developing new designs and continually improving the product, whether it is improving safety, performance, maintaining compliance or helping with production issues. I think what motivates me is seeing the results of my work actually on the vehicles out there in service; it's nice to see when you make a positive impact."
