  • You don’t need any prior finance experience. We provide all the training and support needed to succeed and grow in this role

  • The apprenticeship typically lasts for around 18 months. It’s a great duration to gain all the skills and experience you need, with plenty of time to learn on the job and develop your expertise.

  • Yes, you will be paid during the apprenticeship! You'll receive a salary of £15,000, ensuring that you can focus on learning and growing in your role without financial concerns

  • During the Financial Assistant Apprenticeship, you'll gain a Level 2 Financial Assistant qualification over an 18-month period. This qualification provides a solid foundation in finance, covering essential skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry

  • There’s a comprehensive framework in place to support your ongoing development. You’ll have regular check-ins with your manager and apprenticeship provider to ensure you’re on track and to address any concerns or questions you might have.
