Role: Technical Support Administrator

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday


Join Dennis Eagle as a Technical Support Administrator and play a key role in managing and developing our Dennis Eagle Used website, and provide training on DE-Connect and Terberg Connect systems. This exciting position offers the chance to work closely with our customers and suppliers to enhance our online presence and technical capabilities.

You will manage website content, handle customer inquiries, and ensure seamless operation and updates. Additionally, you'll provide essential training and presales support for our software solutions, addressing technical issues and coordinating product development. Your role will also include general administration duties, such as expense management, pool car allocation, and project work, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success and grow your career.


Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Knowledge and experience of managing and updating websites, including making website changes at administration level.
  • Experience of liaising with customers / customer service.
  • Able to analyse and present data to an audience.
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively across all levels of an organisation.
