Role: Mobile Technical Trainer

Location: UK wide

Hours: 37hpw, flexible between 06:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Mobile Technical Trainer to deliver product training to customers and employees, based at home you'll be part of the HR & Training team with regular travel to customer sites and service centres in the UK and abroad.

You'll provide both technical and equipment training to both customers and employees, whilst also devising and developing new course material. Attention to detail is key as you'll also need to produce accurate training documentation.

You will have:

  • Knowledge of working on RCV or HGV chassis
  • Formal qualifications in motor vehicle engineering
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C or above (or equivalent)

Essential skills for the role:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to allow for technical knowledge to be imparted to delegates
  • Ability to devise quality technical manuals & training materials
  • Ability to answer technical questions and engage delegates in discussion and debate
  • Good working knowledge of MS Power Point, Word and Excel
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Full driving licence
  • Able and willing to travel frequently and as required throughout the UK and abroad
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, climbing over vehicle, ability to enter/exit bodies, cabs and hoppers
