Role: Lead Production Coordinator

Location: Worksop, S80 3AT

Hours: 40 hpw, between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday

We are looking for a Lead Production Coordinator to lead the Electrical & Hydraulic teams at our TMUK site in Worksop. You'll mentor team members and report on the progress of your designated area, communicating any issues that may arise, effectively coordinating to ensure H&S, Quality, and Production targets are achieved.

Your knowledge and experience:

  • Health & Safety in the workplace
  • A working knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and 5S
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Gained a recognised vocational qualification, or equivalent, relevant to manufacturing or engineering

Your skills:

  • Good problem solving skills and techniques
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
  • Ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Ability to cope with unexpected events or tight timeframes
