Role: Helpdesk Operator

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37hpw, 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 13:00 Friday

We're looking for a Helpdesk Operator to provide 1st line support to the business across all UK sites, you'll be based at our Head Office in Warwick.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Technical support
  • User training
  • Helpdesk Operation

 

Your experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, including all desktop operating systems and applications
  • An understanding of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Experience maintaining IT documentation
  • Strong IT desktop infrastructure aptitude, including fault identification and rectification
  • The ability to manage a high volume of 1st line IT support calls
  • Experience of service desk administration


You will need

  • Ability to communicate effectively and with diplomacy with all levels of employees
  • Ability to multitask and deal with complex issues
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • To be self-motivated
  • Ability to provide face-to-face 1st line support help across our 4 sites based at Warwick
