HR Administrator, Warwick

Role: HR Administrator (Absence & Wellbeing)

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday


🚀 Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home 🚀

As an HR Administrator you'll play a key role in supporting our Absence and Wellbeing initiatives. You’ll assist with the administrative aspects of employee absences, handle occupational health reports, and provide crucial support during wellbeing reviews and capability meetings. Engage in implementing wellbeing programs and educational campaigns, while offering essential employee assistance. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining health surveillance records, administering benefits like our eyecare scheme, and ensuring smooth departmental operations through efficient administration and coordination.


Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Entry level knowledge of absence management and formal hearing processes
  • Proven experience within an administration role (preferably in HR)
  • Experience of taking notes in formal meetings
  • Ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and deal with a varying workload in type and volume
