Contracts Administrator, Hillingdon

Role: Contracts Administrator

Location: Hillingdon, UB8 3EU

Hours: 20 hours per week | can be flexible to suit individual 


We're seeking someone to provide administration support and assistance in all matters relating to the Hillingdon contract. 


In this role you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day administration duties associated with contracts
  • Accurately input times into the Avante system
  • Efficiently close jobs in various systems while maintaining data integrity
  • Validate and verify details on Job cards
  • Conduct occasional site visits to assist with administrative functions
  • Manage the lifecycle of Purchase Orders (PO), including raising, tracking, and closure


Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Knowledge of processing job cards and invoices
  • Administration experience within a workshop environment
  • Experience raising and closing Purchase Orders
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
