Role: Aftermarket Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 14:30 Friday

 

We have a thrilling new opportunity for an Aftermarket Business Intelligence Analyst at our Head Office in Warwick! In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of analysing large volumes of raw data from a centralised data lake, identifying trends and patterns that drive business decisions for efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Derive insights, trends, and predictive parts usage from data.
  • Monitor KPIs and track business performance through dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis on Parts and Service (Contracts) data to uncover trends and correlations.
  • Interpret data analysis results to make recommendations related to business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business users and analysts to define technical and process requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Present findings to senior management through visualizations, dashboards, and comprehensive reports.

 

Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Knowledge and experience of SQL and PowerBI (including DAX) in order to contribute to dashboards, reporting and data modelling.
  • Previous experience implementing enterprise BI and reporting solutions and creating analytical dashboards.
  • Ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to align data analysis with business goals.
